無機(jī)絮凝劑主要分為兩大類別:鐵制劑系列和鋁制劑系列,當(dāng)然也包括其叢生的高聚物系列。
無機(jī)絮凝劑包括硫酸鋁、氯化鋁、硫酸鐵、氯化鐵等。常用的鋁鹽有硫酸鋁AL2(SO4)3.18H2O和明礬AL2(SO4)3.K2SO4.24H2O,另一類是鐵鹽有三氯化鐵水合物FeCL3.6H2O.硫酸亞鐵水合物FeSO4.7H2O和硫酸鐵。
簡單的無機(jī)聚合物絮凝劑、無機(jī)聚合物絮凝劑,主要是鋁鹽和鐵鹽的聚合物。如聚合氯化鋁(PAC)、聚合硫酸鋁(PAS)、聚合氯化鐵(PFC)以及聚合硫酸鐵(PFS)等。無機(jī)聚合物絮凝劑之所以比其它無機(jī)絮凝劑效果好,其根本原因在于它能提供大量的絡(luò)合離子,且能夠強(qiáng)烈吸附膠體微粒,通過吸附、橋架、交聯(lián)作用,從而使膠體凝聚。同時(shí)還會發(fā)生物理化學(xué)變化,中和膠體微粒及懸浮物表面的電荷,降低了δ電位,使膠體微粒由原來的相斥變?yōu)橄辔茐牧四z團(tuán)穩(wěn)定性,使膠體微粒相互碰撞,從而形成絮狀混凝沉淀,沉淀的表面積可達(dá)(200~1000)m2/g,具有吸附能力。
